Brief Summary

Casey joined Pandit Law as an associate in 2016. Although Casey is interested in many areas of the law, she focuses her practice on:

  • flood insurance cases, with an emphasis on federally-backed flood insurance;

  • post-disaster property damage cases;

  • first-party property cases, especially for damage to hotels;

  • premises liability cases, generally;

  • negligent security cases, especially involving third-party criminal actors; and

  • personal injury cases, especially those involving ride-sharing services and rental car companies.

Casey is proud to serve as a member of the American Bar Association’s Disaster Legal Services Program, which provides immediate temporary legal assistance to disaster survivors at no charge. She speaks French.


Speaking Engagements

  • Co-Instructor of “Starting from Scratch” at Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law, a course designed to empower law students to start their own law firm.
